Roman Gold Finger Ring. Circa 3rd-4th century CE. 7.47g. US ring size, 8. UK size, Q. 21.63mm. 19mm internal. A wide flat band, angled shoulders detailed with punched crescents and a flat bezel set with a red stone intaglio. The intaglio depicts an altar, (possibly a later addition). From a private UK collection, purchased in Europe.
