A Greek core-formed glass Amphoriskos. Helenistic period, circa 2nd-1st century BCE. 17 cm. Formed of a dark blue body, tall neck and everted rim, wound with opaque white and yellow trails tooled into a feather pattern around the body, with applied light green twin handles and knob base. Ex old English collection, property of a deceased estate.
