Roman enamelled brooch. Circa 2nd century AD. Copper-alloy, 5.28g. 35.70 mm. An equal ended plate brooch detailed with two triangular orange panels either side of a central blue square with five white pellets. All of the enamel remains intact. Ref: Hattatt's Ancient Brooches. p.356. fig. 1600.
