Anglo-Saxon small square-headed brooch. Circa 5th-6th century CE. A good example with heavily tinned surfaces, decorated around the head and terminal with punched annulets. Copper-alloy, 19.69g. 68mm. From an old English collection, purchased from a Colchester retailer 1990's.
