Ancient Eastern Mediterranean core-formed glass figurine. Circa 3rd-2nd century BCE. 13.5 cm tall, in the form of a female standing upright, her hands resting, one on the chest and the other above her waist. The body of the piece is a dark blue with bands of white and yellow, the waist, neck and head are decorated with beaded jewells. Old repairs are visible but stable. Ex old English collection, property of a deceased estate.
